PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
La Clandestina and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, La Clandestina does not warrant that some edits on listings product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Product images may vary from the actual product. Our product formulations and quality remain unchanged. Our products are all natural and we do not use artificial colouring agents, due to this product colour can vary by batch due to variances in our plant based raw materials. All of our products are natural, and we do not use any artificial binders, separation may occur. All of our liquid products shall be well shaked before each use. We do not use any artificial preservatives, they should be stored in a cool dark place. Our body bars, shampoo bars, conditioner bars, do not have any artificial preservatives either, please do NOT allow bars of soap to sit in water, they should be placed in a nice dry area after each use to prolong life. All offers are available while supplies last.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting La Clandestina, you agree that the laws of the territory of Puerto Rico, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and La Clandestina or its associates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit La Clandestina or to products you purchase through La Clandestina shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Puerto Rico, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate La Clandestina's intellectual property rights, La Clandestina may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Puerto Rico, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to La Clandestina, and you shall agree with them in order to use the Site. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
RETURNS
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns. We do accept returns if we wrongly sent to you the incorrect order. In that case, just email us at info@laclandestinacbd.com within 7 days of the confirmation of delivery. The item should be unused and unopened and have ALL original tags still attached. The receipt included in your package must be present. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you immediately, and the exchange will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. We will cover shipping cost in case that you receive an incorrect item. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may impose, but we do not issue refunds. Shipping costs are non refundable.

SHIPPING
Due to COVID19 order may be delayed. We use USPS postal services. La Clandestina is not responsible for any carrier's delays. All orders will be shipped once the payment is received by La Clandestina's store. All items purchased from La Clandestina are made pursuant to a shipment contract. We are not responsible for any issue with the carrier. However we will always ship using tracking number information to minimize the risks.
PAYMENTS
We do not process payments ourselves, but throughout a third party provider, such as PayPal. Familiarize with their service in case you have to make any claim regarding any issue with their system. La Clandestina is not responsible for any issue with a third party provider. Payment is to be made in advance by placing the order through our secure shopping cart. Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email to that effect. By placing your order on our website, you agree to our terms and that all sales are final, unless wrongly sent by us.
ALLERGIES & PREGNANCY
All of our products are natural, still you could be allergic to any of these. As with all new products that you are going to begin using on your skin, always try a small area first to see if any allergic reactions or breakouts occur. If you have any problems, discontinue use immediately. All of our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes always. If you are pregnant, please contact your physician before using any of our products - especially the ones with essential oils (all of our products have essential oils).
RSPO
Our palm oil comes strictly from members of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). RSPO certification requires producers to follow strict standards to cultivate sustainable palm oil. RSPO criteria states, "no primary forests or areas which contain significant concentrations of biodiversity (e.g. endangered species) or fragile ecosystems, or areas which are fundamental to meeting basic or traditional cultural needs of local communities (high conservation value areas), can be cleared.” Additionally there are standards that require fair treatment of workers according to local and international labor rights standards.
DISCLAIMER
This CBD product contain less than .3% of THC based on crops and disponibility of flowers, in compliance with law, our products are made with legal flowers. This product will not give any psychoactive effect.
PRODUCT CLAIMS AND EVALUATIONS
We cannot guarantee actual results on any of our products, as everyone's DNA is different - nor do we claim that any of our products have been FDA approved. These are homemade products using all natural products as noted in the "ingredient listing" under each product sold. Product claims and descriptions are based on research on all of the ingredients in our products with a complete breakdown. If you have any questions about a product, please ask before purchasing.
